The Worship Leader

"Raise your hands, all you nations
Shout to God all creation
How awesome is the Lord most high..."

He sings outloud as he plays skillfully on his guitar, his heart worships as he prepares the worship for our church family tomorrow.

"...Sing praise...  Sing praise... Forever God is faithful, forever God You're strong..."  He sings on as he continues onto the next song, his voice strong and beautiful in melody as his heart sings out.

Thank You Lord for this beautiful man, for this man who is Your child Lord God, one of Your servants, my husband, and because we are washed in the blood of the Lamb, we are also brother and sister in Christ.  Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, our Redeemer.  He brings us  up from the pit and rescues us to beautiful places.

I am thankful for my husband, who is my brother in Christ, my best friend and my love...
How I cherish him.

This humble man works so hard.  He works not only in life but he also works to make his relationship with God a priority.  God is at work in this man.

In my flesh I am full of contradictions and imperfections.  I lift myself to God, and I ask God, please forgive me Lord.  I need You Lord.  In response, the One True God offers to all mankind forgiveness and cleansing.  We are the clay and He is the Potter. We give ourselves to God and He works within us to make a beautiful vessel for Him.

Praise the Lord.

May we offer ourselves in our marriages, bonded together in Jesus Christ, vessels of soft clay that God can work with as we draw near to God and to one another.
